本日は急に寒くなりこの秋初めて帰宅時に息が白くなり、よく見ると駐車している車の表面も少し凍っていました。急に寒くなったのか本日は鼻の調子がイマイチなので、ズンバも軽めのカリブの6曲をプレー。いよいよ冬が来た感じですね。
