ボイスチャットについて

マルチで遊ぶ際です。『ボイスチャット』は、始めから自動で話せるようになっているのでしょうか...?('-';) 設定が必要なのかどうかも知りたいです。回答コメント宜しくお願いします!(><;) 初心者でスミマセン;
