マルチのことで質問です

Wiiuプロコントローラーを買ってきて、マルチをやろうとしたら分割画面がどーのこーのでできないって説明が出てきたのですが、何が原因なのでしょうか?設定いじってみたけどよくわかりません!教えて下さい。
