【智慶急行電鉄開発記　Part17】 皆さんこんにちは。明日が楽しみなTomottiです。さあ、今回も開発していきますよ。まずは、新型ノンステップバスの御披露目です！画像が新型ノンステップバスです。西02(西牧駅前～夏ノ谷駅前)を除く全系統に導入しました。定員数は、7人増え、予定より、価格を低く抑えることができました。さあ、続いて、子会社建設、やっていきましょう。

    子会社を建設しました。マンションや中層ビルを、至るところに建設しました。今回は、かなり多く建設しました。資金に余裕があるのでね。そして、智急百貨店第2号店を建設しました。場所は……、もちろん、「あの場所」です。

    すみません、間が空きました。子会社が完成するまで、色々駄弁りたいと思います。まずは、ちょっと重い内容ですが、夏ノ谷地区の都市計画を変更したいと思います。発展の傾向を見ると、駅南側に、住宅・商業。駅北側に、娯楽・工業。駅東側は、森を切り開いている、という感じになっています。なので、宅地開発は、南側・東側で行いたいと思います。

    あと、もう1つ。田園都市線の新駅設置計画です。「またかい！」と言われそうです。設置予定場所は、中央新町資材工場の北側で、ある程度の需要はあるのかな……、と思っています。西牧と、中央新町の間は、かなり距離があるので……。いくつか駅を設置したいですね。市街地も拡大していきたいです。
