てっちゃん電車３・２７ダイヤ改正まず、環状線内外回りの普通２本増発しました。おかげで詰まりはじめました…。特急　大場ライナーですが、大場大野駅折り返しだったものが、普通増発によって、ｵﾜﾀになっていたので、環状線０．８週することになりました。通勤急行は折り返しです。なお、大場ライナーは混雑するほど人気ですが環状線急行運転で詰まっているので次回ぐらいに廃止します。環状線電車は普通電車で変わってしまうんです。。。
