マイクラはじめました。

まだマイクラは初心者なので教えて下さい。家をつくろうとした場所に羊(黒)がいました。黒い羊はレアなんですか!? 可哀想だけど適当な柵に閉じ込めました。なつかせるにはどうすらばいいですか? 以上2つの質問に答えてください。お願いします。
