野田電気鉄道開発日記#7 超久しぶりの開発日記です。今回は、留茂駅周辺を紹介します。ここはかつて、環状線専用留茂車庫がありました。しかし2013年に廃止。それから撤去され、現在ではたくさんのマンションが建設されてきました。それに伴い駅前には、コンビニやスーパーなどの生活に役立つ施設がたくさん、建設されこの地域は、一気に人口が増えました。マンション(団地)の中には、公園が建設されました。そしてこの地域で今では住みたい町ランキング堂々の第1です。
