私はガーリーコーデが一番好きです！実際に着てみたいけど… 少し太っているので　諦めないと。なので毎日腹筋頑張ってます！やせるコツ？みたいなのあったら教えて下さい！へんな話になってしまってすいません

ご飯を、食べる時ご飯を最初に食べておかずを最後にする！がいいとおもいます！！あと、ご飯を食べる前、炭酸水を飲むのもいいですよ♪ 食べる量を減らすのはNGです！
