種族値はAll,80 幻枠の中で唯一タマゴを生む。ある意味魅力的なポケモン。それがフィオネ。

技だって申し分ない。アクアリングをLV54で覚え防御を積める、とけるをLV31で覚える。実はとけるを自力で覚えるのはフィオネを含め10種類程しかいない。

だが、越えられない壁があるように親元のAll,100マナフィにはどうしても劣る。種族値が全て+20ある上に基本フィオネの技をマナフィが覚えない事はない。そして、何よりマナフィには究極の特攻積み技「ほたるび」がLV1で覚えている。フィオネはほたるびはおろか、瞑想で積むことすら出来ないのである…
