    まず　レジアイス・レジスチル・レジロック　を捕まえます。そして　レジアイスに名前をつけます。次にレジアイスには、溶けないこおり・ゆきだまなどのこおり系の道具を持たせます。これをしたら、キナギだっけぇ？丸太でできた町のななめみぎ(ポケセンから)の家に入って女の人に話してからレジアイスを捕まえた場所の真ん中に立ったらいきなり揺れてレジギガスが現れてゲットできます。レジギガスは特性が、『スロースタート』なので最初の方で弱らせてから、捕まえるのが一番楽だと思いますぅ！ 長文すみません！
