前作のソードとショットを同時に使うと威力が下がる仕様が今作でも有るのかが気になる。検証したところショットの連射速度がソード使用時は固定されるようだ、打ち込み点は不明

威力の変化を1面ボスで検証、通常ショット垂れ流しで波動&突きで門のすぐ手前までかかるが、ショット最低限で波動&突きを使用して倒した場合門が見える前に倒せた、よってソード&ショット併用で威力は下がる
