    メルヘンが元気女、和風がコワイ男、レンガとモダンはどの性格からも提案がくるはず…所持金をほぼ０ベルにして、持ち物欄を住民が欲しがらないもの（道具・花・カブなど）で埋め尽くした状態で海ピコやると、公共事業の提案来やすいですよ^^
