東日本大震災が起きた時、自分は家で1人で留守番をしていました。当時はミヤネ屋をリアルタイムで観て、急に緊急地震速報が流れたので飛び上がり、戸惑いながらも冷静に行動しました。その時は家にいるのは1人だけなので、どうして良いか分からず、取り敢えず必要なものを持って外に出ました。関東では最大震度が6強(?)だったので　かなり揺れていましたね。本当にあのときは恐かったです。
