まず、この画像を何か撮影できるモノ(デジカメでも携帯電話でも、他の3DSでも)を使い撮影します。撮影した画像を電波島のパソコンの中に入ると、読み取りができるようになりますので、Aボタンを押してQRコードを読み取ってください。うまくできていれば、レベル1の状態の同じ電波人間が現れます。QRコードの電波人間は、フィールドや海でダウンすると、精霊のほこらで呼び戻せません。こていかのくすりを使う。
