    今作では公共事業が重要みたいです。環境には「自然ポイント」「生活ポイント」があります。両方のポイントを上げつつ、バランスよくしないといけません。自然ポイントは、木や花を植えたり「花時計」「フラワーアーチ」「いなほし」「花壇」「トピアリー系」等を建てると上昇します。生活ポイントは公共事業の大半は建てると上昇します。上げやすいのは「カフェ」「キャンプ場」「交番」「橋」「外灯」「ベンチ」等です。ただし、色々な公共事業で建てるにはたくさんのお金が必要になるので、夜の島でお金を稼ぎながらのんびりやりましょう。
