    出生は、それなりのレベルの二人を掛け合わせて、レベル1からの新たな、電波人間を作ります、その電波人間は前の電波人間より性能がすこしあがっています、例えば、ビル風とビル風を掛け合わせるとタイフーンをもった人間が現れやすいです、あと世代の限界なども上がることがあります、
