    世代が違うのだと思います。3世代(Lv.50)×4世代(Lv.70)では、出生ができません。

    LvはMAXでもその電波人間3代目までしか出生出来ないっす…名前が書いてあるところらへんに何代目かかかれていると思います。その隣に[3]と書かれていると三代目まで出生OKで[4]だと四代目まで出生OKというしくみです。
