けいぶ、こんばんは(^^)/ 一応法律では、車が多くて危ない場所は歩道を走ってもいい･･･と変更されていたと思います。 13歳(半端ですね。小学生までとかにすればいいのに)以下と高齢者(あいまいですね)も歩道を走って良いと。でも、自転車に関する法律が国民に殆ど知られていないので、自転車の人への危険よりも、自転車が加害者になりかねない危険走行が横行しています。自転車は免許制にして、実技・学科を両方とも合格しないと乗れないようにして欲しいと強く望みます。

無免許でも乗っちゃうでしょうね、車の免許みたいに点数制にしても覚えられる人いなさそう (どんどん新しいの増えるし　環状交差点通行どうこうての増えてたけど、日本に14箇所しかない環状交差点にとか、、)　　　ちょうど免許の更新だったものでw

ああ～、環状交差点がどうのこうのって、テレビで聞いたような。でも通行の仕方をわかっていません(^^;) 周知が徹底されていない法律が大杉ます(><)
