    ＞ミントさん 僕も最近わりとモチベーションが落ちてしまっているので ミントさんに追いついてもらった方がいいかもしれないですね。 普通に体調悪かったりいろいろ動きすぎた日とかは更新できないです。それに鬼計算はやってない日もたくさんあります。 ただ、そういう日でも脳にはなんらかの変化が起きているんだろうな、とは思っていますが。 とりあえずジョギングをすれば２、３バックくらいはあげられると思うのでジョギングは導入しましょう。
