    自分が覚えている技を、相手に出させなくする技です。 ダブルバトルなどで、まもるを覚えたポケモンに使わせるのがいいと思います。

    「ふういん」は相手のポケモンが ふういんを使ったポケモンが覚えてる 技と同じ技を覚えている場合、その技を 使用不可能にする技です、普通ならミラー 対面ぐらいでしか使えませんが技の 「へんしん」で変身した後も適用 されるので、 「封印して変身して相手の技を完封」なんて芸当もできますよ。
