    個体値のことですね！ ポケモンには生まれた瞬間から体力、攻撃、防御、などの各々の個体値というものが存在していて、(レベルアップしたときに上がる能力の事です。)0～31の間でランダムに振り分けられます。(人間のいう『走るのが速い』や『勉強が苦手』のようなものなんでしょうねぇ) そのバラバラに振り分けられた0～31の中の31、つまりMAXの値をVとするようです。 なぜ31をVとするか、というと10をAと置き、11をB、12とC…としていたら31はVになるから。(私も良く分かってないのですが><) だから『3V』というのは体力、攻撃、防御、特攻etc…の値の中で、個体値MAXのものが3つありますよ、という事になります。 ヘタな説明すみません… お役に立てたら幸いです！^^
