    こんにちは！ 厳選の方法はある程度個体値のよいメタモンを使用するのが一番手っ取り早いと思います。 個体値は2Vで充分です。 性格が一番大事なので、そこらへんはシンクロやかわらずのいし等を使用しましょう。 また、メタモンですがXYのフレンドサファリは2V以上固定なのでそれを利用しましょう。 拙い文で申し訳ありませんが少しでもお力になることができましたら幸いです。
