    天才と非才では意味の取り方が違うと思いますが、少なくとも頑張っても結果が出ない人には酷な言葉だと思います。

    非才の人間は手を伸ばしても届かない。そんな場所に手が届く奴等が所謂天才です。だから、天才は非才な人間の気持ちが分からない。故に『出来て当たり前の事がどうして出来ないの？もっと頑張れよ』と、そんな言葉を軽々しく言えるのです。

    すでにガンバっている人に対して、「ガンバれ！」というのは、良くないと思いますね。その人が努力しているのを「認めていない」ことになるので…。 でも、充分な努力をしていない場合に、「もっとガンバれ！」と言われてしまうのは、仕方ないのかもしれません…。判断はむずかしいですが…。 ちなみに、誰かを応援したい時に使える表現を１つ…「Go for it！」です。有名な歌のタイトルにも使われた言葉ですが、「目標に向かって進め！」という意味なので、すでにガンバっている人にも使える応援の言葉です♪
