この画像の場所に資材工場を追加して隣町に売りつけたいのですがトラックか列車どっちがいい(利益がでる)と思いますか？ ちなみにシナリオは湖水に映る水です。

    大室かな？ トラックのほうが良いと思います。 理由は、既に道路が敷かれており、建設費用を安く抑えられるからです。

    列車だと、運転本数が多すぎて、資材の供給が間に合わなくなったり、売りすぎて隣町の価格が暴落したりして、安定した利益があげられません。 なので、一度大きな利益が出ても、その後に損が出る可能性が高いです。 運休日を設けたら、利益そのものが小さくなりますので、建設費用削減を重視して、トラックを使いました。 長々すみませんでした。

    総資産を増やす手っ取り早い方法は株式公開してから借金をするか、港と資材工場Cをセットで建設して資材を海外に売ることなどですかね。資産工場Cは結構利益がでます。また、株式公開してからの方がより多くのお金が借りれます。
