    1つ目は恐らくですが「Colors」というソフトで描いた絵を載せてるんだと思います！ 2つ目は、地道な作業です。１つ１つ点を打ってく。みたいな感じです。タッチペンの先じゃ太いので爪楊枝などで描いてると思います。 分かりにくかったらすみません><；
