久しぶりの投稿ー金のじょうろを手に入れたいのですが、環境をMAXにするには、どうすればいいのですか?? 詳しくお願いします！！

公共事業をたくさん作って、木やお花を増やす。でも公共事業には、「自然ポイント」と「生活ポイント」があるから、そのバランスを考えてやらないとダメです。

きれいな村条例を設定して、花を種類ごとに植えておけば交配で増えるのでゴミさえなければ自然となりますよ～　(水やりは毎日したほうがいいです)
