たまに下になってることがあるよ　その時に攻撃すると上に上がってアイテムがとれるよ

風車が回っていないのがレバーが降りてる証拠ですよ！おろしかたは特にこれといってないですが、街にいったときにたまに風車が止まってるだけです。見つけたらすぐにレバーに攻撃しにいきましょう！
