when is the freezing gonna stop on 007, i just got it and cant get online...very angry with it now

No update. Have you tried disabling UPnP? Otherwise call Nintando, didn't work for me but who knows.

i called activision and he took my gamer ID and email, he said he is gonna try and fix the issue.

If the disabling UPnP doesn't work, try using the usb LAN adapter for the Wii U to create a....

Wired connection. The LAN adapter worked for me. I no longer have the freeze issue.
