    Its been fine. The only NetFlix lock I've had was on the 3DS once.

    No need to pull the plug, just keep the power button pressed for a while. Try redownloading Netflix and making sure any updates for other games/apps are installed.

    Mine would occasionally freeze up or would be loading the Wii U menu for like 10 minutes after leaving Netflix

    i have not had any problems with netflix although my system did freeze once playing nintendoland...
