    At the time it wasnt up to nintendo japan was trying to pass the law nintendo of america doesnt know how many jp copies get bought by americans sk they didnt see the demand US gamers had for them

    The way I see it, the 3DS region lock is a bigger deal than the Wii U's because there are more Japan-only 3DS games at the moment.
