    Ike is by no means a clone! his fighting style compared to that of Marth's is about as seperate as your going to find in fire emblem characters.

    Ike is NOT a clone. But, the way they decided Fire Emblem reps in the past two games is to include marth and the main Lord from the most recent FE game. So he'll likely be replaced by Chrom from

    He'll probably be taken out. Only space for about 1 Fire Emblem character, and that's either Marth or Chrom. Maybe as a skin?

    Ike as a skin wouldn't work. If you've actually played Fire Emblem, his fighting style is radically different from that or Marth, Chrom, or Roy. I'm fact they each have their own fighting styles.

    I know about all of the FE character's different fighting styles, but i'm sure that a skin is the closest we'll get to see Ike on the battlefield (apart from maybe appearing in a stage).

    I wouldn't want an Ike skin for any FE characters. Ike has never even appeared in the same game as Marth or Chrom, aside from DLC, but that was just a copy summoned from a card.
