    I think the two week ban is for your first instance/ when warnings have built up in a short enough time frame for the mods to consider banning you; thats the first slap on the wrist, so to speak.

    In fact, of all the miiverse folks I know, only 1 has had a two week suspension. I dont think theyd be too quick to ban unless it was a deliberate TOA breach, repeatedly & was offensive or dangerous
