    Sleep in a hotel room, visit a Your Sanctuary spot, eat a PSI Caramel (Which are pretty rare and best saved for emergencies).

    There's a PSI move that can suck PP from enemies also. Get in battles with enemies with PP, steal it all, then run/win.
