    do you mean decorations or talismans? because you can only forge decorations, but talismans you get from mining and as quest rewards

    Exactly as Seth said! For decorations, you need to find materials by mining and carving monsters. Eventually, at the forge, in the decorations menu, you will unlock a variety of decorations you can
