hopefully nintendo has heard all of its fans, and plans to revitalize the franchise with a current installment! how rad would that be?!?!?! (not discrediting earthbound. love this game)

    i would love to get a Mother in 3D like it was suppose to be on the N64 but got scrapped.

    i remember that. they could definitely have something very large on their hands with this one. even the cult following has been so loud that newcomers are flocking to this classic!

    Well, Mother 1 has already been translated by Nintendo, just never released. I bet they still have that ROM lying around. Mother 3 got a fan translation, but no way's Nintendo using that.

    But, if they thought enough people would buy it, they might just translate Mother 3 themselves and stick it on the 3DS store! Keep up the pressure!
