break tingle out of jail, break the create in his cell to reveal a tunnel, crawl through the tunnel untill u get to an area with a treasure chest. pictobox is in the chest. hope this helped! :3

To release Tingle, there is a switch behind one of the pots outside his cell. It took me forever to finally realize it was that simple. (And I've beaten WW before o_0)

BTW the Pictobox chest is towards the back right of the crawl space behind Tingle's cell. Just watch out for the rats that drop you back to the ocean!
