    While not all towns have clothing stores, I think you can get info on where you can find these shops and what they sell. I think it's a cafe in the southern district of Luminose city.

    Whoops, the cafe is on Vernal ave. Anyway, lineups: Santalune city: Hats. Luminose city: Classy shirts, pants, jackets. Cyllage city: Sporty stuff. Laverre city: Casual clothing.

    Stores change the items that they sell every day too so make sure to check often for stuff you don't have
