    Actually, you're wrong on that. Infinity Ward hasn't developed for a Nintendo console since Gamecube. Modern Warfare Reflex, MW3 and Ghosts have and are being ported by Treyarch.

    ^ Pretty much. Copyright is the right to copy. Activision, just like Microsoft, could own the brand name "Call of Duty", and therefore can distribute the rights however they want.
