    The difference is, Nintendo's updates fixed the problems. Sony always make it worse. Example: update 4.45 was yanked from the PS3 due to causing systems to brick. That update wasn't that long ago

    In fact, back when the 3.00 update came out, it was causing it and then it led into lawsuits. Sony had to change their ToS so they wouldn't have that happen anymore

    o yea its not a waste of money so who cares about bugs they can update it anytime beside all system have bugs anyway and they always get and updates so there's no different !!
