I'm thinking of being Link for Halloween. Anyone know how I can do it for less than 100? Also, can you give me places to where I can find a way to make this happen?

  • Can you sew?

  • No

  • Maybe get a green shirt to get u started

  • Okay, here's where we're going to hit a snag. I'd recommend being Toon Link, just because making the costume would be easier, but if you have your heart set on TP Link then -c-

  • I'm in my twenties so I don't think being toon Link would work

    Yeahs0
  • it's possible, but will be harder. So first off, do you already own anything at all that could be used in the coustume?

    Yeahs0
  • Nothing at all

    Yeahs0
  • Ah, gotcha.

    Yeahs0
  • We're talking the green tunic TP Link, correct? Not Zora/Magic armor?

    Yeahs0
  • Yeah green tunic

    Yeahs0
  • Okay, so the nice thing is that you should be able to find the pants okay, and you could spray paint an old pair of boots if need be.

  • I would look up cosplay tutorials on making chain mail, a sword and shield, and see what will work best for you.

  • You'll probably need a wig as well, unless you happen to have a similar hair style as TP Link already.

    Yeahs0
  • Ok thanks

  • I would highly recommend you go to a thrift store to try and find a plain green dress you can modify for the tunic, as well as trying to find boots that will work.

  • The ears you'll almost certainly have to order online, and make sure you get spirt gum and spirt gum remover for the ears to stay.

    Yeahs0
  • And the bracers you should be able to make by modifying a pair of gloves, maybe with craft foam?

    Yeahs0
  • I'd look up plenty of cosplay tutorials before you start anything though.

    Yeahs0
  • You can get a link costume off amazon

    Yeahs0
  • That costs £80 but it's looks really cool much less hassle to then making your own
