Goku will already be appering in the crossover fighting game J Star Victory Vs, with many other iconic manga characters Luffy, Naruto and Ichigo. You should import when it comes out if you have a PS3

One of Sakurais rules is that a character must originate in a video game to be eligible for the roster. Goku did not, therefore, it isn't possible for him to be in the game.

Yep. smash is supposed to be about Nintendo characters fighting. If Goku was in the game, it would mean that the entire point of the series has been lost.

id rather them add different characters from other universes than adding pointless nintendo characters because they have added pretty much all the big nintendo names

Its not a contradiction at all. Sonic is actually a video game character. Its like this: I like Mario, and i like Resident Evil. But i would never buy anything that mixed the two.

No they havent. Xenoblade, Golden Sun, Star Tropics, Custom Robo, and Mysterious Murasame Castle are a few series that havent gotten playable characters yet.
