does anyone know if you can use the pro controller on brawl. i am new to the wii u and me and my bros are hardcore smbb players. but we only use the gamecube controllers.

No you cant, but you can use classic controllers, wiimotes, and nunchucks.

You can't use Wii U pro controllers. but you can use the Retro pro controller U

The Wii classic controller or classic controller pro work, but if you don't have that, Wiimote it is, with or without the nunchuck

There is an adapter for Wii U that works with the GC controller.
