    I always appeal and say that I did not break the rules (because I didn't and they don't understand there own code.Don't get me started) and they always reply with the same message,basically saying

    I have the same experience as Thomas. I have been dinged twice and both times I believe they were wrong, so I chose that option and they just reply with the generic, no you were wrong. Overall, I do

    For those wondering I was dinged for mentioning the name of a brand of drink and asking a friend if they've tried it and for a leaf I drew in response to the word pot, on Game & Wario. Fairly lame.
