Accomplishment

I got this over 2 mos ago. I've used it every morning, now on my third 4 session, 4 week program and I am loving it. Awesome exercises and great community of people. 16 pounds lost so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks guys. L i chose working out with fighting then dancing and now zen as my program workouts. on my 'rest' days i do overall toning or humana or several of the training ones. i mix it up.

    my office friends know i am a gamer so they didn't think anything when i told them about YSFE. i was trying mtn biking before but it was too dependent on weather and not a constant workout.

    i find this to be much better. EA active sports, the last 2 are also great but i much prefer this, no pauses. a major aid to weight loss, i eat salads for lunch and no starch carbs during work week

    I bet you've also pot on muscle mass and lost fat, lot of fat. Greater muscle mass will boost your metabolism.

    yes greater muscle mass and cutting back on carbs seems to work. eating lots of veg and protein but a carb day or weekend sets me back but keeps me sane
