    My trouble was the lumberers. Heres a tip. They won't do anything if you follow them around. You have to "randomly" check up on them. I found that if you get about 200 meters away and then come back

    They'll be doing something different. I played the whole game trying to complete the lumberers log and when I figured that out it took me about 15 minutes.
