So, i got this problem... My game is saying that the disk can't be read. But when i try to clean the disk, the disk is perfect. Can anybody help me? it used to be multiplayer, but now its zombies too!

I think I found the problem. the disk is getting scratched from around the middle but orund the back, the paint is chipping off. Should i be worried about future games?!?!
