Yami I don't thinks thats uncommon. I get it most times I start miiverse on Wii U. Probably because I have awful internet.

my internet is usually great, only time it messes up is if its raining outside

My internet spikes a few times for some reasons, sometime webpages get stuck for me or I get stuck in Miiverse becsuse the internet dropped
