    It's a controller code you enter on the Capcom screen. It does other things besides turn the screen blue, too. The code's been mentioned on MiiVerse a few times; check it out!

    yep. it lets you mirror match too. it pretty much changes the game to champion edition minus playing as balrog, vega, sagat and m.bison. I used to have the code down back in the day!
