I have just got off the phone with Nintendo Tech support. I spoke with a fellow named Adam who was extremely helpful. First & foremost I will say he stated my problems at connecting were on my end.

    if it werent for meeting all the great 'adult gamers' that ive met on miiverse compared to other consoles id probably trade the wiiu for lack of games,but ill hold onto it for those occasional gems

    The only problem here is, that not all routers have DMZ option, so it's hard to put it there unless some buys a different router altogether. Though I may try that with static IP and forwarding port 80

    Not sure if it'll last. Some days I can get into Classic mode all day until I have to reboot due to freezing or normal done playing power down. Other days, searching/attempting/searching/attempting

    Ubi both releases the Wii u patch and comes up with a complete list of ports to forward rather than there partial, guest work list they have to work off of now.

    Agreed. However to look on the bright side Nintendo can direct access your router and PC if you give them access, so if anybody wants to optimize settings or is having trouble...

    Give em a call...Maybe I should have asked him to optimize my router ports for creed 3? I assume they would work similar and that game likely has a good, compiled port list.
