[湖水に映る街開発日記#31]　　今回は、北東本線が日中も満員だったので、3→4両に車両を1両増やしました。その為、ラッシュ時を除き満員状態が緩和されました。後、燃費の更なる向上や車内環境の改善、騒音の緩和に向けて、5000型の導入を行います。量産先行車は、北ニュータウン線に試験的な意味を込めて、先行導入します。北東本線も随時導入をしていく予定です。　今回はこれで終わりです
